Finally, the new easyJet

A little delayed, but it’s out there. A new easyJet.com. Prettier, easier to use and much better at showcasing the company’s range of products. Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it?. This is not just rethoric: if you want to see how a project with similar objectives and hundreds of times more resources has gone completely pear-shaped, have a look at this. See? If you don’t know how to best serve your customers, apparently it’s best to send them away with a pretty picture.
Luckily my colleagues and I agree it’s all about the substance. All involved have done a great job in the very short time involved, and Katia’s been very patient the last couple of days as well as pressure mounted.
I think it’s time to celebrate.
