It’s been freezing

It’s been freezing in Harpenden lately. It’s never been Finnish style: the car wasn’t covered under 10 inches of snow. It wasn’t even iced, thanks to the shrubs around my parking area, providers of excellent protection against frost. Cold, nonetheless.
Katia and I were in Spain last weekend. Cold as well! Colder even, in the country of houses made for summer -thin walls, single glazed windows, no central heating.
That’s all behind: this weekend we went to town to see the Blue Man Group, then to friends’ for a great dinner and chat-the-night-away.
Sunday I managed to finish phase I of my carputer project: GPS, Music and more courtesy of Road Runner and Map Monkey squeezed onto a laptop for ease of portability. The world’s first ever first computerized
