Benidorm on ITV

Benidorm is a hit show on ITV1. It is set in an all-inclusive apartment block in Benidorm -my hometown. Apart from the fact that there are no bloody all-inclusives in Benidorm, traditionally a self-catering destination for English tourists hauling tons of Tesco baked beans to the med, it seems to have touched the self-deprecating humorous fiber so prevalent in the UK and is pulling the viewers.
It airs Thursdays at 10 pm. If you don’t live in the islands, you can find it on the major P2P networks – there’s a handy BitTorrent search box further down this homepage to get you started.
While it’s not going to challenge M.A.S.H . or Monty Python as a classic comedy mainstay, I recommend a short episode for a quick laugh. Highly recommended also to all Benidormers abroad for a good mix of shame and pride – especially on episode 2 (maybe 3, not sure) featuring Sticky Vicky.
