Speaking at conferences

I seem to finally have joined the ranks of the UK’s eBusiness crowd. It’s taken a bit but finally I feel I am a member of a professional community, one that can contribute to shape the future of eBusiness in the UK.

On Thursday I’m speaking about Web Search at Campaign’s Digital Marketing Series in London’s The Dorchester hotel. As the audience will be mostly brand people rather than eBusiness professionals I’ve made my presentation quite basic and peppered it with interesting facts and a few controversial views around mobile, communities and the dominant role of Google to get people from falling asleep.

In September I’ve been invited to speak at the Seamless Website Journey event organized by Marketing Magazine at the Le Meridien Piccadilly. This chat will be about my pet passion, usability. Expect visionary stuff from me!

In the meantime, I will be also judging an award. The info about that is in my other “digital pocket”. I’ll update that later.
