easyJet holidays launched recently. It’s a project they’ve been working at for quite a while, and I have to say it looks quite good. It’s a shame they didn’t take the chance to update the main website at the same time.
There are a few problems with the site – using .NET 2.0′s controls means you get javascript errors when M$’s software sends the wrong code to the links. Something I’ve encountered frequently when clicking on links. The site also has issues with the layout getting all messed up when one of the animation files fails to load, again an occurrence I’ve experienced several times.
Anyway, well done everyone involved! I was starting to wonder what in the world were they getting up to. Clearly, they were not spending their time taking care of the main website. It looks more dated every day, and the holiday site’s new look is not helping. Time to get cracking with a redesign!

They've suffered casualties during the project, haven't they? Will they cope without Lex?
