I will be speaking at the Seamless Website Journey event at the LeMeridien in Piccadilly on 17 September.

I’m really looking forward to this event. User eXperience and Usability have long been passions of mine, so being invited to speak on the subject to a host of knowledgeable colleagues from across the UK’s top brands fills me with unrepentent pride. I’ll be in good company as well: Expedia, Monster, Opodo… I expect I’ll take out more than I’ll be adding, which is always desirable.

The topic of my session is quite broad as well, so I have the chance to adapt the delivery as the audience gets interested on some issues over others. I’ll no doubt manage to stir some contrversy as well. That’s always a good aim to have.

The conference brochure has all the details on my session and the rest of the day. It is chock-full of promising speakers and themes. Born and bred in Benidorm, Spain, I started my eBusiness career in the 90s with Nokia in Helsinki, heading Nokia’s Global Web organisation for a number of years. In 2004 I moved to the UK to join easyJet. I led easyJet.com into its current form at a frantic startup pace. In 2006 I joined RSA as MORE TH>N Head of eBusiness.
