Seamless Website Journey presentation

Today I spoke at Marketing Magazine’s Seamless Website Journey conference. The topics of my presentation were:

  • Design vs Functionality
  • The ideal website layout
  • Content, quantity and quality
  • Accessibility

The 32-page presentation goes into some detail on information foraging, the page paradigm, and Jakob’s law; current trends for effective Web layout, and accessibility, from a legislation, enforcement and business case point of view.
