We were off to Florence for the weekend to attend their wedding. Se nos fuera a Florencia para el fin de semana para asistir a su boda. It’s been a beautiful weekend, in the really good company of some of my former easyJet colleagues who I hadn’t seen for too long. Ha sido un bonito fin de semana, realmente en la buena compañía de algunos de mis ex colegas easyJet que yo no había visto durante demasiado tiempo.

On the day they tied the knot, Angelina was stunning in her wedding dress. En el día que empató el nudo, Angelina fue impresionante en su traje de novia.

Katia couldn’t help shedding a tear or two at the ceremony -she finds weddings emotional occasions, and I couldn’t help enter into a bit of a race with David to see who could drink more glasses of wine before hitting the tables for a superb dinner. Katia no puede ayudar a derramar una lágrima o dos en la ceremonia de bodas que ella considera emocional ocasiones, y yo no podía ayudar a entrar en un poco de una carrera con David para ver que podía beber más copas de vino antes de golpear las tablas de un magnífica cena.

The night ended on a high, the groom ordering 50 beers after another 50 at what we were told was anIrish pub just outside the hotel that was our base for the weekend. La noche terminó en un nivel elevado, el novio de pedido 50 cervezas después de otros 50 en lo que nos dijeron fue anIrish pub justo al lado del hotel que fue nuestro punto de partida para este fin de semana. We managed to get a few pictures of it all , and should get our hands on the others’ photos soon. Hemos logrado que unas cuantas fotos de ella todos, y debería tener en nuestras manos las de los demás fotos en breve.

On the next morning we were feeling the weight of the long night over our shoulders, but still managed to find the energy to visit the Duomo one more time and heaf off to Pisa for the traditional pretend you’re holding it photo. En la siguiente mañana se sentía el peso de la larga noche más de nuestros hombros, pero aún así logró encontrar la energía para visitar la Catedral una vez más y heaf fuera a Pisa para la tradicional fingir que está celebración se foto. A very long wait, a flight and a couple of hours car drive later, we were back home. Una muy larga espera, un vuelo y un par de horas en coche más tarde, fuimos de vuelta a casa.

This morning I’m just too tired. Esta mañana estoy demasiado cansado. Tomorrow I’m off to Spain for 2 days’ holidays and Bea’s wedding to Russel. Mañana yo a España para 2 días de vacaciones y Bea a la boda de Russell.
