Social media is all over the news. People heatedly discuss whether it is a tool for relationships, customer service, hard sales or all of the above. I’ve also heard it say social media is free, cheap and very expensive, all at the same time. And of course we keep being told over and over again that social media can be measured, it cannot, it really shouldn’t be measured anyway… Phew!

Fear not, Digital Buzz have bit the bullet and done the sums. And then they’ve jumped into the other big bandwagon of 2011 -infographics- and laid all their data in amazing colours for us to admire. And make business decisions with!
